Last week we took Panda Baby for his first trip to Japan.

Hokkaido, Sapporo was the place we went.

This time we picked JR Tower Nikko Hotel because of its convenience, just above the JR Sapporo Station.

With Panda B travelling together, we only had limited choices when it comes to places to go for sightseeing.

Day 1: CX flight in the morning and got to Hokkaido's Chitose Airport by afternoon (since we had baby with us, the Immigration in Japan is being real caring by letting babies family go to fast lane in checking their passport)

we took JR train (within 30 mins) to Sapporo and just 3 mins walk to the hotel, after checking in, we went to Akachan in Esta building for baby accessories (including diaper and wet tissues). Dinner at Ramen kingdom @ 10th floor.

Day 2: Since it was a sunny day, we went to Otaru for sightseeing. Again, around 30mins train but 15-20mins walk to the famous spots near the river.

Panda B and I are going to Hokkaido! Today!

His first trip out of town and to such a cold place

all my friends were saying: oh...u are bringing him to Hokkaido!? (yeah~i know, the weather now is between -3 to 3....snowing of course~)

Hopefully Panda B is going to survive the cold weather and come back safe and sound~

5 days trip and flying BIZ class.....and he might catch a good nap on the flight

Finally, Panda B is going to playgroup....

Panda B is probably the youngest baby but not the smallest in size, definitely!
this group was designed for 0801 babies but Panda B wants to go to class with Chloe, that's why he went to this group

He was DEAD tired when he finished class.
When we had our lunch at Lo Chiu Viet Restaurant, he just felt asleep on the chair.......

Packing    packing    packing....
Clearing things   clearing things    clearing things....

Are 40 boxes enough for 4 people?

Only 15 empty boxes left and the bookcase and wardrobe are only half packed!

6 days till we move to our new house....counting down!

Did some Christmas shopping...got a Samsung M8800H from mr.P...just love it! coz it's got GREAT video and foto quality, thanks!) at Harbour City.

Then we went to mom's house for winter solstice dinner....had my favourite-short ribs! Yummy~

Dec 20-Celebrating my birthday:
This year is the first time Panda B celebrated birthday with me!
We went to Ma Wan Park. The weather was great and the sky was SO Blue~

It was just gorgeous there on the Ma Wan Park hilltop view tower....but the travelling was hectic, why? Coz we carried the stroller all the way up to the hill! together with the milk bag and camera bag and of course, Panda B (now 24lbs!) yikes....it was like going to the marathon on mountain with weights on!

and for dinner, we went to Grand Hyatt's The Grill for buffet. it's kinda disappointing....the best was the grilled ribeye, almost comparable to Entrecote's~and......NO ice-cream!? unbelievable~~
