從十月頭開始, 成個人彷如開咗 turbo 一樣, 會友、工作、返學、宴會、睇show... 好鬼充實!

時間, 愈來愈唔見駛; 體力, 愈來愈難 recover.. 每日返到屋企都係一個攰字, 連網都上少咗好多...

記得曾經有朋友批評過呢首歌玩得唔好...
so what? 雖然係好raw, 但我好鍾意佢哋表達得咁直接, 十幾年後一樣唔失真!

最近身邊朋友都關注到一種叫 "三聚氰胺" 既化學物.
事緣國內相繼發現有嬰幼兒患上腎臟問題, 如腎小管結石以至腎衰竭而死亡等嚴重事故,
始揭發原來有無良奸商為咗減省成本而喺食品裡面混入呢種化學物, 用以 "增加蛋白質含量"... (?)

原來而家檢測蛋白質含量既方法係用一個名為 "凱氏定氮法" 既方法去檢測的...
(哦, 同 "氮" 呢種元素有關的...)
蛋白質既直接測量技術上比較複雜, 所以要靠通過測定氮原子含量去間接推算食品中蛋白質既含量...
(蛋白質和三聚氰胺同樣含氮, 相比下三聚氰胺含氮量還要高好多!)

蛋白質點解咁難直接測量呢?
實際上, 我哋需要的並非蛋白質本身, 而係構成蛋白質既物質 - 氨(胺)基酸.
氨基酸與氮結合可構成近千種不同既蛋白質...

直接測量蛋白質, 即是要測量內裡最少廿多種氨基酸既含量同比例, 各種氨基酸唔同既比例會對蛋白質既合成產生影響. 而且各種氨基酸不能過低或缺乏, 否則會影響其他所有氨基酸的功效相對地減低...

氨基酸要和氮結合後才產生蛋白質...

啊~ 原來蛋白質係咁複雜的!!

其實將測量方法簡化本身唔係壞事, 但當中的灰色地帶卻被造假者利用, 造成今次既嚴重食物事故!
若非今次人命攸關而揭發三鹿牌奶粉含三聚氰胺事件, 在各地也疏於仔細檢測之下, 恐怕消費者們仍然被蒙在鼓裡繼續食用呢種化學物! 中國某新聞報道的訪問中, 被訪者指出, 三聚氰胺既成本價同原材料相比, 三聚氰胺只佔其五分之一.....

風波仍未止息, 近日仍有含奶製的食品被驗出有三聚氰胺... (嘩! 好多人被騙!!!!!!)

小妹家中有幾件用三聚氰胺製成既科學瓷(美耐皿)餐具, 價廉物美兼堅固耐用, 不過缺點係唔可以放入微波爐叮... 但家陣得知佢受熱後可能有散發毒性既危險.....

mmm... 係咪時候考慮換換餐具???

前幾日與友通電話閒聊, 話題好多, 突然朋友問到...

係, 確係有 d 嘢, 不過居多係朋友既嘢...
近兩個月來, 聽得最多係朋友既感情事, 我彷如做咗白姐姐, 好等朋友 "盡訴心中情"...

朋友 A,B,C,D 的四人感情關係, 箇中複雜得要死, 斬不斷, 理還亂!
近日到好友 C小姐家中晚飯, 無意中更得知原來案情更加複雜...
這兩天 D先生來電, 見到個名, 已經唔敢接電話...
我, 就好似無意中陷入咗 "無間道" 漩渦之內, 兩邊不是人!
幸而還好, 藉著台北之行, 可以閃開幾日...
趁著未起行前, 寄出很久前承諾該要寄出的東西...

講開, 今次第一次到台北, 雖然遇著打風令原本行程縮水, 但都係一個有趣之行!
飛到台北要降落時, 因氣流問題, 架機震到阿媽都唔認得! 降落中有以下對話:
張生(邊笑邊安慰): 唔駛驚喎! 冇事既! 睇吓妳, 面都青埋!
我(鎮定中): 我知冇事, 乜我塊面好青咩?
張生: 都真係幾ga!
我(停下手上打緊個game): 其實我係好想嘔... (之後出唔到聲, 震到想嘔!)

因為台灣打風緣故, 原本五日四夜行程變咗三日三夜, 頭兩日橫風橫雨, 去邊都去唔到!
第二晚都係橫風橫雨, 風雨中與居住台北的友人 Adwyn 一聚, 一眾人晚飯時感覺好 warm!

最爆的是, 一眾朋友分別在台北一聚, 然後分三日前後腳咁離開台北, 返回香港...

departure day 3: 火哥 & 娜姐 & Kim & ?

數著算著, 今趟台北之行, 冇到訪過當地的 live house, club; (其實好想去開吓眼界的!)
無緣放天燈, 睇瀑布; 其他還算不錯~ 起碼買黑膠 & CD算係有意外收穫!
如果下次有機會再去的話, 想喺九份住民宿一晚, 果度夜晚應該會有另一番景象!

返到香港後, 第一件事想到報名學車(衣車), 講真的!

另, A,B,C,D 的感情事應有了斷? 未了!
最近再多添一位 L小姐, 戀上有婦之夫..... 何時了???

再, 起行往台北前的某日, 在聽著這首歌的 single, 若非某人要到家中作客, 恐怕已舒服得瞓著了...
