星期二天是我工作轉捩點我要去Interview兩份工作,,希望各位朋友支持,,如果pass 我會resign現在這份工.......

一份是會所工作,,而另一份將要去Macau工作可能1-2年..contract..先come back..

希望神指引我的道路........

而幾天真想每天寫, 但很累身心都累,因工作,明天是情人節(Valentine's Day), 雖然我沒有伴...

但"祝願有情人，情人節恩恩愛愛！"無概都就快找到,不要担心,"緣"可能只在指沢'...Believe God and trust Him will arrage u...,!!!雖然妳或你經歷了很多感情的路,有彎有曲有平坦,但只要有信心有恆心有耐性一定找到,會愈來愈好....

"愛"可以講好magic, 由兩人不相識到朋友到情侶到老婆,每個階段都要雙方充滿'"愛"先........愛又像一部Engine,,沒有它不能行...是動力之源!

As Bible said:"愛 是 恆 久 忍 耐 、 又 有 恩 慈 ． 愛 是 不 嫉 妒 ． 愛 是 不 自 誇 ． 不 張 狂 ．不 作 害 羞 的 事 ． 不 求 自 己 的 益 處 ． 不 輕 易 發 怒 ． 不  計 算 人 的 惡 ．不 喜 歡 不 義 ． 只 喜 歡 真 理 ．凡 事 包 容 ． 凡 事 相 信 ． 凡 事 盼 望 ． 凡 事 忍 耐 。 愛 是 永 不 止 息 ．（歌林多前書 13:4-8）

 

 

Do u know what a life is? Where is your life come from? The life is from God. Life is liked a race which have a start and finish. As the Bible said:"For I am already being poured out like a drink offering, and the time has come for my departure. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day--and not only to me,but also to all who have longed for his appearing."

I find that life should not be worried and it acts as a mission from our God, but you have to keep your faith and undaunted.

Sometime, I find that life is very special. You cannot know when will you die and where will you go? So, you should ensure your target!!

In my life, God and the Bible give me a lot of encouragement, such as brave, hope,love, faith, challenge...etc. So, my life is very abundant and I will value my life. If you have not believed God yet. then, you should ask him to come in to your presence and know him personally and bring this good news to your family and friends together to exalt him.

 

My name is Patrick Wong. I was born in Hong Kong. I started to learn about God in primary school. However, when I went to high school, I left God. My lift since went todifferent direction.I followed some classmates missing classes, fighting, smoking and gambling. Sometimes, I came back home after mid-night.

I never passed any exam including the public exam for high school. As a result, my parents always said that I was incapable to study.

I did't like listen to my parent's opinions. It is because I had so much pride in my heart and I trust only my instinct. I became very stubborn and didn't listen to anyone. Things haven't gotten better until I came to Australia last October. I was trained as a Pastry and Bakery chef and have worked in a hotel in Hong Kong. The reason I came to Australia is that I want to pursue a career in western cookery.So, I resigned my job and ready to come to Australia.

To my surprise, just a few days before I took off Melbourne, the school agent informed me that my application is rejected unless I would take an intensive English course for one year,It's due to the poor mark in the english test. I was very worried and didn't know if I could make it through with my limited budget. Andthen, I rang my sister in Melbourne and told her the story. She said:""Just come, the Lord will take care of it."" The Lord?? Who is the Lord? I throught. Anyway, I arrived in Melbourne and Planned my trip as if I was a tourist. I knew I could not make it to school of my poor English.

The day after my srrived, my sister has already arranged  an interview for me with the hospitality manager at school. To my surprise, I was able to understand him and express myself. He accepted my application after the interview and suggested me to study a four-week English course only.I knew it is not luck, it is miracle from heaven.

Impossible things have become possible.All the sudden, I realise"the Lord" is in control and has a plan in my life". The hymnI used to sing, and the Bible version I used to memorize came alive in my heart. I realize my Lord has found me and I must confess my sins. I accepted Christ Jesus as my personal saviour and my life will never be the same. He shows me in the Bible:"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, He is a new creation, the old has gone, the new has come."              2 Corinthians 5:17 

And as the Bible said"But one thing I do:Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which god has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus."  Philippians3:13-14

During the last 10 moths,God changemy heart, renew me everyday. I come to know  Jesus more by coming to church, fellowship and constant study of the word of God. I learn to apply the Word in every situation and realise the Word is alive and active.

I prayed and felt the Holy Spirit urge me to acknowledge my faith openly. Therefore, I decided to be baptized and joined the Crossway family, and I 'm ready to witness God in all aspects of my life.

Cook 每樣食物都要認識每種foods 性格及特點, 先可以配出每樣有型有格有個性概foods...好似magic變出不同款式......在不同場合有不同配搭!!!!!

我做了廚師都好感自豪, 找到自己理想概工作,一生之中做到喜歡的事是那麽美的..........

人越大越想靜又想有人陪,,,,真不知道,,,究竟可以點樣....人有時真矛盾,,,當工作得意時, 身邊又缺少一d野,,人生就如此！

正所謂:命裡有時終需有定,命裡有時莫強求...........

今年新年我整了蘿蔔糕及第一次整概年糕,其實前兩年已開始接手整這新年食品, 家人話不如買, 但我仍緊持整,我覺得這是傳统的美食不可不整及好enjoy整過程...
